The size and number of the objects being transported dictates the amount of chakra required.
This teleportation is also able to affect anything that is in contact with the user or connected to their chakra, meaning that they can teleport their clothing, other objects and even people along with themselves or independently. The moment they disappear from one location is the moment they reappear somewhere else, making it a truly instantaneous transition. The second, more difficult part of the ninjutsu is for the ninja to bend the space-time continuum to jump from their dimension into a subspace and then return. Forged from their chakra, it is an anchor that binds them to their original world to prevent them being lost as they jump between dimensions. The first part of the ninjutsu is to mark a location with the technique formula that serves as the destination marker for the ninja. The Flying Thunder God Technique was the first space-time ninjutsu that lets the user summon themselves to another location instead of summoning others, and doesn’t stem from the bloodline of the Sage of Six Paths.
May not be able to fly if the user's weight is increased, such as from Gravity Manipulation.Space-time ninjutsu surpasses the concept of space and distance, allowing one to move instantaneously from one location to another without physically occupying the space in between using a technique formula. Unless the user also has Vacuum Adaptation, they cannot go beyond the borders of the atmosphere. May suffer from cold/altitude sickness, unless they can adapt to the changes in altitude. May not be able to hover and has to keep a certain speed. May be limited in speed or acceleration. May be limited to a particular length of time they can spend flying.

The user can fly at high speeds without any outside influence, propel/move freely while flying without support. Users are generally able to Levitate, Slide, and Glide as well. Some possibilities include using one or more forms of energy, wings or similar structures, harnessing anti-gravitons, or even mimicking or becoming an animal that can fly.
